THIS ONE IS FOR THE SANE PEOPLE
I can’t even remember how I started this, but I remember I was at least talking about how some people can’t control their emotions, and seeing as Love is an emotion, pretty MUCH REALLY, where as some people can control their emotions, they’re seen as cold people DOESNT MEAN THEY DONT FEEL it just means they’re good at hiding it. Meanwhile there are other people who are depicted as ‘overly emotional’, but really, they just…are feeling everything everybody else has the ability to feel, but just SHOWS IT. They have no real filter, they don’t hide anything, they’re very honest people in that sense. They are feeling al the LOVE HATE ANGER RAGE SAD HAPPY that someone CAN feel, either in a few minutes or hours, or ALL AT ONCE in that second.
They just can’t stop it, which given, it’s not horrible but it’s not happily looked upon. Everybody has the ability to feel, they just either hide behind a poker face, or whatever other means they have. I don’t always like calm, collected people. ‘ so hard to read. If someone is overly emotional, at least I know what they’re feeling. AT SOME POINT OR ANOHTER, EVERYONE /WILL/ be hurt by love, it’s inevitable.
It’s not even like love is a religion to have faith in. There’s nothing to ‘not’ believe in. The fact that IT DOES EXIST, in EVERY FORM, it does exist, because it is EXPLOITED, it is LIED about, it is falsely displayed, it is, can, and WILL BE deformed and ruined, but that goes to show IT DOES EXIST. There IS such a thing. And although some people will either find it, GOOD FOR THEM. It’s great when they do, others however, MAN. Love can either change you into a better person, or it can ruin you. It can be all consuming, burning, lifting, illuminating, debilitating, crippling, a gaping hole in your chest or stomach. It can hurt every fibre of your being and you wish you couldn’t FEEL. But if you couldn’t feel, oh man its fuckin’ awful. I know idk IVE BEEN CHEMICALLY ARRANGED to NOT FEEL for a certain period of time, and it’s WORSE than feeling. Sometimes I can’t decide whether its good or bad, I just know in the moment, sometimes I didn’t feel anything at all, and other times I’m like “ALL THE FEELS.”
Either way.
Old nightmare I remembered one night. Always the kind where its like you’re utterly alone, the town is empty, its dark, and everything seems a lot more vast.
